تعتبر واحدة من أجمل قصص بالانجليزي قصيرة جدا للاطفال، ومن القصص القيمة التي تحمل المعنى الحقيقي للأخلاق الحميدة…
It is said that there was a little girl named “Bushra” who lived in a beautiful village. She was known for her love of animals of all kinds, and she was always helping anyone who needed her.
يحكى أنه كانت هناك طفلة صغيرة تدعى “بشرى”، كانت تسكن بإحدى القرى الجميلة، ومما عرف عليها أنها كانت تحب الحيوانات بمختلف أنواعها، كما أنها كانت على الدوام تساعد كل من احتاج إليها.
One day, Bushra found a small bird with one of its wings injured. She immediately picked it up and carried it in her small hands until she reached her home. She treated it and took care of it until its wing was completely healed. After a few days, the small bird was able to recover and was able to fly again.
وفي أحد الأيام، وجدت “بشرى” عصفورًا صغيرًا جريحا بإحدى جناحيه، على الفور التقطت “بشرى” العصفور الصغير، وحملته بين يديها الصغيرتين حتى وصلت إلى منزلها وعالجته وقامت بالاهتمام به حتى شفي جناحه تاما، وبعد أيام تمكن العصفور الصغير من استرداد عافيته، وكان قادرا على الطيران مجددا.
Before the bird flew away, he said to Bushra, “Thank you for helping me. If you ever need me, all you have to do is look up at the sky above you and I will be flying above you.”
وقبل أن يحلق العصفور بعيدًا، قال لبشرى: “شكرًا لك على مساعدتي، إذا احتجتني في يوم ما كل ما عليكِ فعله هو أن تنظري إلى السماء من فوقكِ وحينها سأكون فوقكِ أحلق”.
Days passed, and a major problem appeared in the village of Bushra. Locusts attacked the fields and destroyed the crops and crops. People were unable to do anything about it. They were literally completely unable to do anything about the locusts that had destroyed their entire lives.
ومرت الأيام، وإذا بمشكلة كبيرة تظهر في قرية “بشرى”، لقد هاجم الجراد الحقول وأتلف الزرع والمحاصيل، عجز الناس عن التصرف بشأنه، حرفيا عجزوا كليا عن فعل أي شيء تجاه الجراد الذي دمر حياتهم بأكملها.
Bushra was kind-hearted and extremely sad about what was happening around her. In her deepest sadness, she remembered the little bird’s words and advice to her. She immediately looked up to the sky and asked him for help. Indeed, the bird appeared above her and began to fly and chirp as if he was spreading news among his troop. Thousands of other birds from his troop followed him and began to eat the locusts, ridding the village and its people of them.
كانت “بشرى” طيبة القلب حزينة للغاية على ما يحدث من حولها، وفي أشد حزنها تذكرت كلام العصفور الصغير ونصيحته إليها، فنظرت إلى السماء على الفور وطلبت منه المساعدة، بالفعل ظهر العصفور فوقها وبدأ يطير ويغرد وكأنه يبث خبر ما بين أبناء فصيلته، وإذا به تتبعه آلاف العصافير من أبناء فصيلته، وبدأوا يأكلون الجراد ويخلصون القرية وأهلها منه.
The villagers are happy and grateful to Bushra and her little bird. My little ones, we must always believe and instill in our minds that helping others always brings good to us and to everyone around us, at all times and in all places.
يفرح أهل القرية ويشعرون بالامتنان لبشرى وعصفورها الصغير؛ يا صغاري علينا أن نؤمن ونرسخ داخل عقولنا دوما أن مساعدة الآخرين تعود علينا وعلى كل من حولنا بالخير دوما في كل وقت وفي كل حين.
